I was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. For as long as I remember I‘ve had the desire to help people feel good about themselves. When people I spoke to expressed their hopelessness, I would feel compelled to empower them, I was compassionate to the ones who were going through life difficulties, and offered inspiration for those who felt their dreams were unattainable or out of reach. I wanted to help them see their true potential in any possible way.

My passion to guide people to become their best version led me to college where I studied philosophy. I was obsessed with anything that had to do with the human experience of the external and internal world. I moved to the United States to experience a different culture and explore new opportunities. I have worked in the corporate environment, and it was there, that I witnessed that the success of a company largely depends on the personal and professional development of each individual on the team. I also noticed that when these individuals are positively encouraged to realize their potential, they become unstoppable in terms of what they can achieve.

My favorite part of my job was seeing people surpass and achieve what they thought was possible. Motivated and compelled to help people to overcome what they believe is holding them back from being successful, I stumbled across Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I was intrigued by the effectiveness and the practical application of the techniques in my areas of interest – business and coaching. I learned how to recognize and challenge perceived limitations, created by my own thought process.

When I worked for a retail corporation, I felt that I couldn’t impact as many people as I would have liked. I wanted to expand my influence to various people from different walks of life. Continuing my journey, I left my corporate job of over 18 years and created “Accelerate your potential coaching” with the goal to guide people and organizations on their quest for personal and professional excellence. I love seeing the people I coach transform right in front of my eyes. I look forward to expanding and being a part of the continuation of life-altering transformations for organizations and individuals
